Emy Koyuncu, born in 1987 in Alexandria, Egypt, is the founder of International Education Academy, established in 2018. Raised by an Egyptian General in the Armed Forces and a British accountant mother, she embodies a unique cultural blend.
She completed her primary and secondary education in the UK before returning to Egypt for high school. Emy holds graduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology, further solidifying her academic foundation. Driven by a passion for teaching, she pursued another graduate degree in Teaching English as a Second Language.
Emy’s career began as a flight attendant with Emirates Airlines, but in 2011, she transitioned into English teaching. Her global perspective and deep commitment to education are the driving forces behind the success of International Education Academy.
